VAR has been actively involved in the financial markets since 2001.
Initially, VAR focused on banks and venture capitalists in special situations involving restructuring and turnaround of private companies.
From 2012 to 2018, VAR’s scope expanded to include public companies, particularly financial institutions such as pension funds and insurance companies, and top-tier global hedge funds operating on various stock exchanges, including TASE, TLV, AIM, and others. These institutions invested in both bonds and equity.
In 2019, VAR established a technology platform for systematic trading.
Since then, VAR has gained valuable experience and extensive global connections in equity, credit, real estate, hedge fund strategies, and passive, yield-generating sources. This knowledge has enabled VAR to allocate funds effectively across different aspects of the financial market.
VAR remains vigilant in seeking fintech-related solutions that can enhance problem-solving methods in its areas of expertise, leveraging its extensive experience and network.
